I want my purchase money back. I have purchased licenses from you more than once. When purchasing the Office 365 license, the key provided did not work for me. It took more than 24 hours to give me a new one. I requested a refund for the purchase and they did not give it to me.

still waiting for my key I placed an order this morning for a ms office professional plus 2013 and still nothing :( obviously they charged my card with no issues but never received the key.

Office activated for a low price. I just purchased office 2019 via keybuy.com and followed the instructions to install. I got a notification that the number I got is blocked. Sent them an email and it took a while but eventually their support helped me activate it.

O365 account without warranty The OneDrive cloud space is unusable after one year without any warning. All data are lost and unaccesible. Kepbuy don't answer email. They are O365 accounts without warranty. Don't store in OneDrive any essential data.
