GBI cancelled my subsciption on the same… I cancelled my subsciption on the same day as i purchased the product. The reason is because they could not load the program on my phone. Made lots of excuses. I cancelled it in January 2024. I have reapeadly asked them to delete my account. Im still being billed £197.79 in April 2024. Again lots of ex uses. Saying my account has been deactivated but still being billed. I spoke to Jason today 11.04.2024 and he said he would esculate the problem. Again ive heard this many times. Scammers.

GBNothing worked with this company Nothing worked with this company it was horrible. First I got the app and the location part worked for 2 days. But nothing else did. Then I went to my Eyezy. Com and got my dashboard. The text messages and call logs worked there but not the location part. That worked for 3 days. Every time I was able to get someone on chat they would give me another long list of stuff I needed to do. This last time they wanted me to jailbreak the phone I was monitoring and it would take 3 hours. My son does drugs, I am lucky if I can get phone for a couple of minutes. Then when I logged into my bank account I found out they took more money than I authorized. I authorized $98.26 for a year and they took $162.89. I will be talking to the BBB next.
