Avoid this company! I recommend avoiding this company completely. I thought I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. The link to the software they sent wouldn't work to install the files. I have called the support number a handful of times and I have sent several emails to their customer support with no response from either means of contact.

I wanted to buy a legitimate Windows OS I wanted to buy a legitimate Windows install. Shop Software Keys advertises faulty giving the impression you receive a genuine original Microsoft product. They show boxes and packaging. In the mail you will get a no brand USB with a print out of an email with your product key. Feels very gray market. The USB was also corrupt and failed 5 times at 94%. I had to spend a couple hours on a Sunday troubleshooting online and then worked out how to create another Media file and finally get it done. I would recommend to use another company if you are after an original product. The price they charge is full retail anyway, so there is no reason to buy your windows from them.

Bait-and-switch scam Ordered Office: Home and Student which was for Mac or PC. They sent a key for Office Professional for PC instead, which is totally useless for my Mac. Have not responded to chat, email or voicemail I left. Looks to be totally fraudulent.

I would give them a ZERO if I could I would give them a ZERO if I could, what out when purchasing the MS Project 21 as they don't mention in the advertisement that you can't install the program if you have any Open License Products or O365/M365 on your machine until after you make your purchase. Then when you try to contact the via phone or through their support link you can't get ahold of them or a refund. Total RIP-OFF!!!!
