GBYOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE WHEN YOU NEED HELP...AND THEY HELP RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! I'm always amazing at just HOW GOOD support is. This is a new-ish type software so I had LOTS of questions on workflow and the chat feature actually works. Like YOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE WHEN YOU NEED HELP...AND THEY HELP RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! That combined with the fact that the software just works...like it actually just works. It's honestly the best thing that's ever happened to editing.
