I was so scared when I saw the security… I was so scared when I saw the security alarm on my laptop. When I called Microsoft Security, Daniel who helped me was so nice and calmed me down. He asked lots of questions and then proceeded to take over my computer. He showed all he places that a hacker had gotten into. After explaining everything to me, he continued to fix it and put on the security I needed. He was the best! He should be rewarded for his good work...Thank You Daniel And Henry Martin
