Highly recommended I have had a great experience with hide.me! I used it for over a year and never had an issue. I was able to work abroad and do so many things that I wouldn't if I hadn't had the subscription. I no longer need VPN services and my account had a auto renewal, but didn't waste any minute of my time when I requested the cancellation and refund. Service At "hide.me" I subscribed to hide.me to protect myself from hackers and after downloading the software my internet started to slowdown, gets interrupted, and my web browser changed language. I submitted a service request explaining my issues. The same day I received an email from Nathan with step-by-step solution and screenshot attached. The problem was each time I turn on my internet the VPN was sendinge me to different countries where the language is local and my other virus protection was conflicting with the nwe software. Nathan was great responding to my initial request and did a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. This is a good example of service. I apriciate all the followup email from employees at hide.me VPN.

A good product A good product with faultless service. My only complaints about the product are the way the application sits randomly on the desktop and the WiFi icon. The application never stays where it was last left? I also dislike the way the icon for the WiFi changes randomly from connection to connection. I contacted hide.me about these two issues and they said they were normal. The information from hide.me put my mind at rest and provides me with a little product knowlegde which was otherwise lost.

This app has a free version This app has a free version. If you do not need much from VPN, then the creators of this application treat you like a human being. If I already need more features from VPN, then I will choose this particular application with a paid subscription. On top of that, it is easy to use and install.

Been a lifetime subscriber for a while The app recently solicited me for a review and I gave it a 5-star. I know there's not a lot of advertising done by Hide.me but they are the BEST in my humble opinion and I've tried a few in the past. I liked them so much that years ago, I signed up for a lifetime and dropped a chunk of change. Best deal I've ever made. They probably don't offer that one anymore but they're worth the monthly. So many sites in my home country block my international address and I just flip a switch, connect to one of the Hide.me servers and I have access again. They have additional levels that I've not seen at other vendors, most of which I don't use but truly sophisticated.
