We chose encrypt.me for not only its reliable, fast connection across different devices and platforms, but their customer support team - they are the most helpful and very fast to respond should we raise a query

DEPerfect for privacy Very convenient, does what it should. Some problems with maintaining connection to Wifi-networks and reconnecting, but this is most likely due to the local network, not encrypt.me. They're perfect for privacy.

AUSo easy to use! Just recently, I was overseas for a month and for the first time I used Encrypt.me when I bought a Pass. It was really easy to use and I was delighted with the very prompt and friendly responses I received from the Help Desk when I had a few questions while setting it up. While I was away, I felt much more secure while using public WiFi and I’ll certainly be using Encrypt.me in the future.

ATVery good. I use Encrypt.me for some two years and am extremely satisfied. It works completely in the background, establishing a VPN whenever I am not in a network I defined as trusted. Highly recommended.

AUQuirk Price has increased, so expectations increase. Is more stable and much faster than Bufferd which is a benefit. A negative is a quirk that after tapping the desktop icon, the green 'log in' screen pops up in the lower right screen corner and stays visible for 1-2 seconds. It becomes a frustrating exercise in how fast I can move a cursor to hit it on a wide screen monitor. Usually 2-3 times. It is an annoying bug, but it also begs the question, why is it even necessary? Surely tapping the desktop icon should be sufficient to engage a login without having that redundant second action?
