Very common software same exe can be downloaded just about anywhere. No remote desktop teamviewer or anything sketchy. Anyway yeah download that then run it and plug in your phone and buddy unlocks the phone. Youre in contact with him the whole time but theres nothing really to say beyond that. Unlock Phone Unlockerplus did a wonderful job unlocking my phones. I had issues with the phone carrier to unlock my phones. I had no choice but to go through unlocker. They had no problem unlocking the phones and they work fine. Now any sim card will work. Great site - I highly recommend.
