I messaged support and Brent responded within ten minutes and we were able to get my payment info updated and I was back to downloading.

Having been a customer at Giganews since 2006, I realized that a) their retention time was getting worse and worse and b) they charged me USD29.99 monthly even though new customers could sign up for 21.99. Old files (+5 years), that I thought was lost forever, suddenly appeared and downloaded perfectly on Newsdemon. At full speed (60 MB/sec on a VPN-connection). And at a much more competetive pricing. Goodbye Giganews - good day Newsdemon. Well done!

Used many news groups in the past. I have used many news groups in the past. On the recommendation of a friend I signed up. I was delightfully surprised, once setup it found files I was looking for immediately that other news groups did not have! I am cancelling the others!

fast reliable few news group restrictions as in the title there service is fast reliable and with vpn core service added onto router its a good price. only problem I have is a few obscure groups are not available unlike with astraweb. also cancelation is one click, setup is simple.

Above my expectation I always used Eweka, but due to all kinds off problems I searched for a new usenet provider. Because there was an offer I tried Newsdemon. I have to say it was an easy install and the speed of the connections is fast and stable. That is all I am looking for in a usenet provider!
