Great VPN with good customer Support Have been using Symlex for over a year. Service is pretty decent, most of the servers connect when required. I have had almost no disruptions while using it. One of the great factors is customers services, the response and assist is real time and resolutions are almost instant. Had a recent conversation with Shanto to remove an existing device and it was done instantly. So all in all, very happy and likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
