Great product, reliable, cheap, superb support Great product that is so much more reliable (and cheaper) for streaming content via my LG TV than a VPN like ExpressVPN or NordVPN which I used to subscribe to. Great customer support any day of the week with prompt service plus good feedback during incidents. Occasionally content providers blocks these kinds of services (BBC iPlayer particularly) but the team at SmartDNS always got me back viewing again quickly on the few outages I have had. I am genuinely really impressed with these guys.

The ONLY way to watch many streaming services. The VPN companies want you to believe theyre the answer but there are 2 issues with VPNs: 1 The VPN server addresses get logged and blocked by the streamer and 2: Some services just DO NOT ALLOW VPNs. Smartdnsproxy uses smart DNS servers around the world that spoof the service into believing you are where they need you to be, dont ask me how they just do. Ive been using this for a year and it perfect. As others have said when theres an authentication issue the guys on the help desk are brilliant and responsive. You need a level of technical nouse with this service OR you need to watch the Youtubes its actually easy but you do have to configur your IP details to specify the appropriate servers. Once you have done that it usually wrks flawlwssly. When your router reboots your IP will give you another external IP address. All you have to do is go to the SmartDNS page log in and re-sync thats it.
