No One Does it Better for Ad Tracking No One Does it Better for Ad Tracking! We've been using HYROS for almost 3 years now and we can't scale ads without it. Not only have we scaled our ad budget and revenue through Hyros, we're actually saving a ton of money by feeding the ad platforms with better data. Our ROAS has been sitting around 4-5x ROAS for many of our campaigns. We could not have done it without HYROS' help. In the span of 3 years, we won 2x TwoComma Club Awards and 1x TwoCommaX Award for our brands. Also, their support is top-notch! I can usually get things fixed and taken cared of within 24-48 hours.

We need at least 3 months to be able to make decisions with our data, but I wanted to leave a review regarding the CS. Catalin answered all of our questions and helped make our onboarding pretty seamless. So far so good with Hyros!

DO NOT BUY HYROS! Absolutely insane what happened to me with Hyros! After paying $3099 for their service (which doesn't track practically anything correctly anymore!), I requested a refund and was not given it because it was requested after 3 days from payment, even though I proved I hadn't been using Hyros for a while! $3099! Let's not joke around, this is not acceptable. DO NOT BUY HYROS!

I will never run ads without Hyros I've been working with Hyros for about 5 months now and Jocelyn is my Analyst and my experience has been nothing but great. The support they provide is amazing, they're always there to help you, guide you, and answer your questions. I can't ever see myself running ads without Hyros. If you're not using Hyros you're truly running ads blindly and just throwing your money at the wall hoping something is actually working. I highly recommend using them!

Using the software is very intuitive… Using the software is very intuitive and it just does what it should do! The onboarding is very smooth and you feel supported in setting everything up. I did have some tracking leaks that seem to be unresolvable but maybe that's just my situation. I decided to continue using Hyros anyway as it did fulfil most of my needs.
