Innago has been a lifesaver! Innago has been a lifesaver in getting our rental property organized! It is so easy to use, and a great spot to have leases and tennant information stored. Tracking expenses has never been easier! There are features like tenants being able to pay and request maintenance repairs also that are wonderful, just not something I currently use.

Innago is a great property management… Innago is a great property management software, especially for the cost. I have been using the application for about ten months and haven't had a problem. Innago keeps track of my accounting, logging all expenses, credit, fees, etc. The program has a user-friendly interface for both the tenant and landlord portal. Payments can be made via Innago and transferred into any US bank account. Innago sends reminders to tenants informing them of upcoming bills. They also will call tenants if bills are past due. Overall this is a great software to use.

Beats paying massive amounts to Quickbooks I was looking for another property management solution when quickbooks started charging $10 for every ACH transactions. I tried many software option and settled on Innago and have been using it for about 2 years. For the price you pay which is effectively 0 it does the job.

Innago makes property management easier! Innago makes it easy for me to track rents, tenants, and leases. If rent or another invoice is not logged as paid in Innago then I get a notification, along with the tenant. If leases are coming due then I get a notifications. You can set notifications up for specific things. I like that I can create and sign electronic leases and other documents in Innago. It is hard to think of any cons about Innago.

Easy to use and the best customer service! We use Innago to manage our rental property and it has made it so easy to screen tenants, collect payments online and manage everything all in one place. Plus their customer service is unbelievably great! Oh and it’s free for landlords which is the icing on the cake!
