After Replit stashed their free hosting plans, I switched to various free hosting services, however none of them satisfied my real need, for all of them had some hidden cost or problem like server renews or in app purchases. However, Solarhosting's free plan is truly free and suitable for light weight discord bots. I have been hosting my discord bot on it from 2 weeks now and I haven't seen a single downtime ( except frequent discord rate limits but that is understandable ) . Their new support staff is very friendly, kind and patient. They helped me very nicely and accurately and also were very patient.... Highly recommended for hosting your discord bots for free if you don't have much resources/money.
