Declining Customer Service I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.

Assistance for someone with limited computer skills I was so impressed when I booked a call for assistance and Nachman the Co Founder of BLAB called me personally. He patiently and skilfully guided me through many processes to get my BLAB page ready for action. It was a very funny and productive session with a few surprises that even Nachman hadn’t seen before 😂. My husband and I are still giggling. I will recommend BLAB to friends and colleagues without hesitation.
