Great support from Burak in helping me making the right decision I am about to embark on a journey to build a C2C site and it seemed to me that Dokan is pretty predominant as a platform offering the multi-vendor services. I need to use some complex shipping setup that wasn't available in the Free version of Dokan. Shipping are there in Standard and pro versions, but I wasn't getting a clear understanding of the differences between them. On chat support I spoke to Burak about it. He is proficient and knowledgeable and explained to me the options relevant to my specific situation. That helped clarify things for me. Additionally, I learnt that I could purchase Standard and try it for 14 days. In case I feel I am not getting what I want I could always easily upgrade. This is super valuable and probably the option that i would go for.

Support is great. The support team is excellent, especially Richard, who I spoke with and who is really amazing. helped me like a lightning strike. Dokan is my favourite.

Pre-sale chat interaction with support Genelia, provided excellent support and was very knowledgeable related to the product. Though, i am not impressed or happy with Dokan as a plugin. It's very limited, no developer documentation no rich addon repository. But support is amazing ! 5 stars for support and 4 star for Dokan.
