Top notch IT service and support. Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. I called Blackhawk MSP yesterday and… I called Blackhawk MSP yesterday and Stefan was the specialist assisted. I have an issue of removing some old businesses on my Fb ,took me 3 days and could not delete. It took him only 1 plus hr to got it figured out and of course he got it fixed. They called me back right away They called me back right away. When other IT people could not help this company fixed my problem. I was very nervous calling someone from craigslist because they can get your IP address and get your bank accounts but no money was stolen so I believe this company is honest and legit.
