Convenient! Zidy is an all in one business app that provides AI, chatbot and reviews! And is a real game-changer for local business who deal with a lot of customer communication. The Zidy AI chat is very innovative and informative in many aspects! It is able to provide information about all sort of things like services provided, price ranges and even turnaround times! As a customer/client I was able to ask for recommendations and got a very detailed response!

Worst company ever I work with Joshua Clark and he was very tenacious and getting me to sign up and try it I went ahead and did for a 3-month trial. At the end of the 3 months I found that my existing programs did everything that their program offered and I zidy was not needed. I contacted Joshua Clark, he said because it was a 3-month trial I did not need to do anything to cancel. I've been billed two consecutive months after the end of the trial and now have to cancel the card and go through set up all programs that are connected to that card re-establish a new card. What a hassle don't use this company. If you choose to use them you deserve what you get. They take your money and you will not get the services they promise

Zidy is a great service! Zidy is a great service because it uses AI to give you the best advice on anything that you need. I used it to get some recommendation and tips/tricks about bicycles, and it pretty much gave me all the information I need, and I found it very useful! I think this great for customer service and for small/local businesses!
