PLMicrosoft has failed but My Digital Licenses saved the day Microsoft has failed on their product with their complicated micrososft 365 accounts rules. Long story short, Microsoft produces very bad user experience with their subscription management. For some reason whatever I did, I couldn't edit and save document on my mac. My Digital Licenses support guy, called Ben took hours chatting with me via whatsapp to try and help. At the end of the day, it was microsoft's fault, but he tried everything, including remote controlling my mac and trying to fix it. Everything failed. In the end, he actually suggested forgetting that microsoft account and gave me a new license. What a customer service!
