Technician Ben Morrison MADE the purchase WORK!! I purchased an old copy of Office 2016 (in 2023) to run on an old version of a MAC that could not be upgraded. I paid for it on PayPal and showed evidence of that transaction and then was immediately sent the item product Key via email and chat...along with instructions to download to my Microsoft Account and then installed it... It did not work the first time as I FAILED TO FULLY UNINSTALL MY OLD OFFICE 2021 SOFTWARE....I Contacted "Mydigitallicenses.com" again and they suggested a solution... I went to a link and followed the instructions to a T and fully downloaded my old office 2021 and then the new install worked and I am now using the NEW Office 2016 on my old computer. The technician on the chat was Ben Morrison and he was patient, expert, direct, and knowledgeable. Because of his EXTRA EFFORTS my software works now.. Definitely a GREAT BUSINESS to work with ONLINE.
