GBA great CRM system The Eleo system has begun to help us organize years of data to better connect with our donors, grantors, and volunteers. The support staff is responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the data migration process and beyond. They are always available to answer any questions and direct us to further resources or free personal training sessions if necessary. Eleo also offers occasional webinars to break down various aspects of the system. These Inside Eleo webinars are invaluable with clear and easy to follow presenters and information. The sessions are recorded which makes it great for revisiting when needed. The system is very easy to customize to fit the needs of our agency. Eleo is also open to suggestions for improvement and has made sure to let us know to share any features we would like to see added to the system. All of this for a great price to fit our small non-profit organization.

GBVery helpful live support I am very pleased with the live support I received on the telephone from Susan Gross. First, I actually got someone on the line without delay; second, Susan was very patient with me and even spent the time to walk through the process of developing an email campaign that involved integrating with Mailchimp. Most importantly she was able to get me to the point where I can handle the process on my own. I would have been at a loss if it hadn't been for Susan.
