GBGreat Application, Great Service Logic manager is a comprehensive ERM tool. But no matter if you only need certain features, or the full comprehensive suite of capabilities, both the application and their service SME’s have been excellent. Years ago, we demo’ed at least four applications, with wide ranges in price and functionality and we chose LM. We have been pleased and believe we made the right decision.

There are systems out there that can perform similar functions, but you will find their support model and the speedy response unparalleled in the industry. GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.
