Garbage on lower time-frames Garbage on lower time-frames. I paid up because they announced their back tester saying it was "an industry best". It doesn't work! I told them about the incorrect results from the back tester and they asked me to send them a video of my work showing that it produces incorrect results. Then they asked that I send them screenshots proving it doesn't work. I did both and they refused to respond. I asked for a refund given that what I bought clearly was faulty and they told me to go pound salt. They don't provide refunds after 30 days. But, it took me over 30 days to PROVE to them that their products don't work. I will NEVER do business with this crappy company again.

Great indicators Great indicators. Great customer service. This is the best company out there. Shout out to Konrad for all his help. If you want to better your trading get these tools. By no means is it magic but it certainly gives more confluence.

Very expensive scam Very expensive for things which you can get for free. I signed up to see their top package for backtest results and was hugely disappointed, the most popular signals where they show profitable trades are only in the screenshots and far from real and consistent. This must be why they make their backtesting script so expensive so you don't see the real results. Also watch out as you get no warning that you are going to get charged again! I signed up and stopped using after a week of investigation. I thought I had paid for just 1 months use, I then got charged 31 days later, I contacted support immedietly to only be told that they only cover you for 30 days. Another trick they do as they know most their customers want to quit so they make sure they rinse you for another month. Crazy they get you to believe it will give profitable signals so you pay them, then if you follow the signals you lose even more money! They claim to have over 160k members in their discord but you can see that max 25k people have signed up through their tradingview indicators so they have just filled it with bots to make it look busy/popular.

Billing issue fixed Billing issue fixed. After using their free indicators on TardingView I purchased a 30 day risk free subsrciption. I liked their 2 primary products PAC and Signals & overlays. I canceled their service on the 25th day, not because I did not find value in it, but I just wanted to give a try. After 4 months, upon reviewing my credit card statements for something, I realized I was not given credit as per their policy. Took screenshot of my statements, and I brought it to the notice through support email on a Sunday night. UUNBELIEVABLE. By the time i got up they said they would give me a refund right away. I believe, their intention was not hold my money. It may be a technical issue. Good job LuxAlgo, keep up the good work.
