THGood Product and Helpful support I tried LuxAlgo premium indicators they are very good and useful for my trade. While i need to downgrade my subscription due to i don't need all features. Support personal is very helpful and responsive. If you are trader , highly recommend this indicator!

INI recently purchased the premium… I recently purchased the premium package. I wanted to check it out since it was risk free for a month. So I went ahead and purchased it, it looks like it can work wonderfully in higher timeframes, but for me, since im a scalper, it wasn't fitting with my system. So I went ahead and cancelled it and was happy to have recieved the confirmation for the refund back as promised. I'm satisfied over all and will be coming back as a customer if I add a higher time frame system to my trading.

CABilling issue fixed Billing issue fixed. After using their free indicators on TardingView I purchased a 30 day risk free subsrciption. I liked their 2 primary products PAC and Signals & overlays. I canceled their service on the 25th day, not because I did not find value in it, but I just wanted to give a try. After 4 months, upon reviewing my credit card statements for something, I realized I was not given credit as per their policy. Took screenshot of my statements, and I brought it to the notice through support email on a Sunday night. UUNBELIEVABLE. By the time i got up they said they would give me a refund right away. I believe, their intention was not hold my money. It may be a technical issue. Good job LuxAlgo, keep up the good work.

GBGarbage on lower time-frames Garbage on lower time-frames. I paid up because they announced their back tester saying it was "an industry best". It doesn't work! I told them about the incorrect results from the back tester and they asked me to send them a video of my work showing that it produces incorrect results. Then they asked that I send them screenshots proving it doesn't work. I did both and they refused to respond. I asked for a refund given that what I bought clearly was faulty and they told me to go pound salt. They don't provide refunds after 30 days. But, it took me over 30 days to PROVE to them that their products don't work. I will NEVER do business with this crappy company again.
