Excellent job I had been grappling with setting up rates on Tokeet and asking everyone for assistance for the past 6 months. However, thanks to Nauman Shahzad, I finally got it sorted. His explanation was brilliant—I don't have words for how helpful it was. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and excellent value for money It took us a while to choose our channel manager for our small (but growing Serviced Accommodation business). We have 9 properties now and using the Tokeet software is easy and excellent value for money. The help team are always on hand (we found their live chat facility really useful). The Tokeet add-ons (like RateGenie and Automater) have meant we could add those in as we scaled our business.....keeping expenses as low as possible whilst we became more established.

Great experience using Tokeet over the last 5 years Tokeet has allowed me to manage my SA lettings to a very high standard for the last 5 years. There are lots of add-on features that have helped tailor the product to my need. The support staff have always been super helpful.

Very impressed over-all. I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. The program itself is fairly ergonomic… The program itself is fairly ergonomic however there is sometimes a bit much and to someone who doesn't understand the terms it can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, the customer service is very efficient and not only do they have a live chat, they can live call and show you on screen in real time how to use the program, whilst sorting any issues. Very helpful.
