Excellent job I had been grappling with setting up rates on Tokeet and asking everyone for assistance for the past 6 months. However, thanks to Nauman Shahzad, I finally got it sorted. His explanation was brilliant—I don't have words for how helpful it was. Highly recommend!

The program itself is fairly ergonomic… The program itself is fairly ergonomic however there is sometimes a bit much and to someone who doesn't understand the terms it can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, the customer service is very efficient and not only do they have a live chat, they can live call and show you on screen in real time how to use the program, whilst sorting any issues. Very helpful.
