It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.

Great video platform Doxyme is by far, one of the best video platforms I have used. I have been using them for many years now. It's very easy to navigate both for the clinician, as well as the clients. I have not had any issues with the platform. I strongly recommend it to any practitioner who needs a well developed video platform for their clients or patients.

Good, basic Easy log-in, has all the basic features I need. On occasion, clients have trouble connecting, but it is almost always an issue with their internet connect. Once client had more serious trouble, but was able to troubleshoot with Doxy technical support. And it's free!

Good Experinece with Doxy.me I like the reliability of Doxy.me and the ease with which the site operates. i have had difficulty with the site on Chrome, especially with the new backgrounds. I have been using the Firefox browser and it is working much better for me but there are no backgrounds. I would like to see backgrounds for Firefox sometime soon.
