Genuinely a terrible service Genuinely a terrible service. The Minecraft servers are cheap but you don't even get what you pay for. The servers lag terribly and support is ridiculously slow (think several days between every reply). Do NOT waste your time with this service. You would literally be better off simply hosting a Minecraft server from home.

Recently purchased one of their… Recently purchased one of their packages in order to play with my friends without lags. Wasn't able to figure out how to set everything up, made a ticket and asked in discord for help. The help was excellent and even when i didn't understand anything, one of the Support Staff set up my server all by himself.

They are extremely nice towards clients no matter what package you purchase. The support is top notch and super helpful if you have any sort of issue. The owner Ian is a great guy has helped me a lot in regarding's issues. I definitely recommend checking them out and trying them out.
