We had an issue with a data transfer… We had an issue with a data transfer from CuraCubby to our school's billing portal. Sam Kim worked with us VERY patiently, and he was able to grasp the complications of our various situations and make appropriate adjustments. We are so grateful for his partnership, and we felt very well cared for throughout the process!

Curacubby is an excellent way to manage team/family registration for your business Curacubby is an excellent way to manage registrations for your business. The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed. My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.

Great product, great support team! Our school had started to work with Curacubby at the beginning of the COVID shutdown as we needed to provide an opportunity for the school community to submit their tuition payments electronically. Great system that both admins and and parent like Curacubby has saved us hours of work that we used to do manually for both invoicing and enrolling. All of our invoices are now automatically sent out on a schedule we created at the beginning of the school year. Creating an enrollment packet is also much easier. Parents have found the entire process (billing and enrolling) to be simple to use and prefer it as well. Customer support is always available and addresses concerns promptly.

We can hold almost all of our information in one place and many of the features allow our school to run much more efficiently. The customer service is also amazing.
