I must say it's been a great experience. After signing up I got emails with all the necessary log in information and I could get working on my Wiki right away. Also, I ran into an issue where I broke my wiki after installing an incompatible plug-in. I submitted a ticket to the support team and they had me up and running in no time. HostDash came to my rescue when my previous hosting provider washed their hands off! I have been hosting with this big "colourful" hosting company for over 6 years. Have had only one issue after the other. A few months ago, they had a major outage and even after a week of back and forth, our websites were all down. We are a media company and hence our news and reviews websites need to be up and running in order to run our business, since our revenues depend on the uptime our our media outlets.
