I'm new to the game and was really grateful to see their support includes having them come in and do screensharing and taking control of the mouse a day after I sent the request. GBAs always, great support from ServerPress. I have had a number of occasions over the last several years to submit tech support requests to ServerPress. Generally Gregg is the support tech who replies. His response is always very quick. Sometimes the response is just an answer that solves the problem. And sometimes the response results in a remote session to look at and resolve the issue. Either way, the issues have always been resolved quickly and completely. Some (and maybe most) of my support requests have have been a result of my lack of knowledge of ServerPress. I have found that I always get educated by the issue resolutions. This last experience is a good example of the support I get from ServerPress. I had issues with two websites that use old WordPress themes that have not had code updates (by the theme authors) in 5-6 years. I couldn't load them into Desktop Server Pro. When I submitted the support request, Gregg responded and suggested that I send website archives. After looking at the archives, Gregg sent me instructions that I didn't quite understand. He then suggested a remote session which resolved the problems and educated me within 10 minutes. I have always been satisfied by the support I have received from ServerPress. I highly recommend both their Desktop Server Pro product and their support.

ZAI was struggling to access the sites I… I was struggling to access the sites I had started on locally - on my Apple MacBook. Gregg assisted me greatly. It is now a lot simpler and I intend looking into the Premium version of the Desktop Server. Thanks very much
