Excellent Customer Service I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent

I could not see the bathymatic maps… I could not see the bathymatic maps from other members despite my premiummembership. I used the supportservice. The replied within the stated period and thanks to their sollution my problem was solved very quickly.
