They provide excellent customer service and support and how to instructional videos. They respond very quickly to inquires by email and also offer live chat. Great product. Great company. Great product (Smartphone holder) and… Great product (Smartphone holder) and great support. I wanted to use the product to attach a smartphone to a selfie stick for use with an action camera. The holder needed to be small enough to put in a small camera bag. The Deeper product was the only one that is.
