Super rad service! I am tech illiterate, & it's so nice to meet a tech savvy person who is willing to support me in my struggle. Service was speedy & straight forward & all of my questions & concerns were properly addressed. Amazing! Fabulous! Six out of five stars!

Daniel is Exceptionally Skilled and Caring. Daniel got my call for help and pull off the road to assist me with my computer problem. I had to figure out how to generate a document. Daniel took remote control in my computer and did his magic. I totally trust Daniel to access my computer. He did not stop until he solved the problem and then he made sure I knew how to generate the documents for the pictures he rescued from a zip file. He was his usual concerned skilled person and did not hang up until I understood how to generate the documents that I needed. He is very knowledgeable to say the least, and he is caring in assisting me. I relaxed as I know from past experiences that Daniel will solve the problem and give me the help I need to move forward. I highly recommend Daniel because he is skilled and he guinely cares.
