THtake care with payments !!!!! hosting good. but when it comes to payments , it was bad over the years always disscussing over billing. now when cancelld accouunt , and even cant access now ,it shows no ac exist --pls create new , the cancellation was by support confirmed...an indian company try to charge again,and they done ..now have to try get money back. take care when it comes to payments !!!!!

GHMy best server providers in the last 10years I just had issues with my server and support at m2host called Ivy Long assisted me in less than 5minutes. i've been working with them for the past 10years and their support is what makes me stay with them all the time because ass soon as i have a problem i get solutions without delays. There can't be anything better than this for such a company.

CAIt was an excellent response and the… It was an excellent response and the problem was resolved by Jamie within minutes. My php pages weren't working and I had been trying to fix that issue for over 5 days. I sent the service request at there website and within minutes I was told that the web page issue was working and resolved.

INSo far, it's been an amazing experience! I've been with this company for about three years, and I haven't had any issues with them. I'm always informed well in advance of scheduled maintenance and given step-by-step instructions on how to handle technical changes and billing, among other things.
