Amazing device Amazing device, and a real eye-opener to how many smart devices are sending out data even when they're "off". Has also saved us a ton of usage, and considering we're on a capped-plan this is invaluable. To new users, yes, you're going to see some limited functionality with particular services/devices but Winston has optional packages for pretty much every service that you can install to remedy any issues. It's a great way to customize what you want to share and what you don't.

Winston privacy is simply brilliant Winston is simply brilliant. Sure, there’s lots of manual ways to go about securing your privacy online, but those are time consuming and tedious. Winston is a plug and play, set it and forget it, type of setup that works really well. It’s about time us normals had a tool to combats the privacy invading behemoths like Facebook and Google.

Very useful tool with little downside. This has definitely removed a LOT of ads and made things more secure. That said on the rare few occasions that I've had issues the tech support was pleasantly quick. Only "caveat" you should be aware of is that if there is a problem you should know how to navigate the dashboard to possibly troubleshoot - and this takes a bit of time.

Simple yet brilliant. Take that big tech. I'm not overly tech savvy, but do appreciate the importance of privacy especially after watching The Social Dilemma. Winston was super easy to set up, and the dashboard reinforces the value of the service to see just how many websites are attempting to track our usage. The data saved metric and faster connectivity are reassuring features. It's funny when I now get prompts that my network is blocking ads and a popup from Admiral software shows up to complain about it.

Best device in our home Having been a bit skeptical that Winston could do all they advertised it would do when we got it, this device is hands-down the best device we have added to our home! Seeing all the crap that it blocks and filters is crazy! With multiple computers, TVs, and smart devices in our home, not to mention the online gaming that is my daily stress relief, we feel much safer with Winston watching out for us!
