BEWARE---900% price increase Great app. We've been using them for a couple years and have been very happy with the software. I was just notified our pricing has increased from $149/month to $1,500/month! I've used all kinds of software and I've never encountered a 900% price increase! I was given no explanation beyond that our monthly visitors exceeds 100k and that I had until the end of the month to pay up of the app will disconnect. Great software ==> Rotten followup and sales practices.

Excellent Customer Service Needed to use this company because someone filed a lawsuit against us for our website not being ADA-compliant for the Blind. Nobody ever called us to tell us they were having trouble on our site - they just decided to take us to court instead!! Idiot. Anyways, was having trouble installing the widget on our site to make this service work for us... but after literally several long hours working with Matt - we finally got it! He was SO patient and very knowledgeable, and we kept trying things until we made it work. Thanks very much for the Excellent Customer Service Team!
