Good service! It was frustrating at first because the map generation was taking something like an hour, and it had no visual output to let you know it was still being spun up, but the Tech Support agent was actually really helpful and responded within an half an hour of me making a ticket, and saw it through to the end with me! I'm sorry I was in a foul mood, but you guys actually have a great service and product and quality staff to back it up! 100% would recommend, glad I picked you guys after whatever's been going on with frag servers!

Great experience I 100% recommend this server host who wants fast servers low ping and great support, I'm gonna be staying awhile, and hope everyone can get a good time too!

Good servers small hiccups here and there Has a little but of server lag with ark but otherwise good service even with full upgraded cores and such minimal mods and it can have hiccups at times. But its still very solid service. The backend takes a bit to get used to but with some investigation you get the hang of it. Overall 1 star off for the preformance versus the price but otherwise great servers.

no confirmation of services email ever… no confirmation of services email ever sent out....ftp services constantly boot due to an ""ip ban"" tickets answered with a bot answer ......service generally is crap sorry....ppl need info sent to email after for not only reciept purposes but also info for rcon/ftp installing mods is imposible with it banning the ip ??

I have been using AGH for years now I have been using AGH for years now. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. I use them for ARK and 7days servers. Their admin panel is fantastic. But the best part is their customer service. They are patient, knowledgeable, and put a lot of effort into solving your issue. They also respond in timely manner. I wasn't sure whether the guy who worked with me even slept because of how quickly he replied.
