Transitional Nightmare We had a lot of great help getting started. We would have immediate response and help with our issues. But when it came time to cut-the-cord to where we could manage the system on our own, we were completely blindsided. The instruction manual given to us was 9 pages of NO help. So we requested another manual, but that was 1400 pages of technical gibberish. So what we thought we could manage on our own, now we can't because there was no reasonable instructions given to us. So if we asked for help, they were going to charge us hourly because we needed them to help us (again, due to lack of instructions). We also had an issue that wasn't resolved during our on-boarding, so we ended up having to pay their technician an 8-hour minimum for something that took him 45 minutes to fix and was suppose to be included in the on-boarding process. We have since figured things out on our own, but the transition period was a complete nightmare and thee worst few months of my life. Extremely disappointed.
