Great system and friendly customer service. Our experience with Voippbxexpress has been great. The equipment arrived on time and the friendly staff worked with us to port over our existing phone number. Once the port was scheduled, we set up the equipment as laid out in the instructions. The final setup was completed over the phone. The tech support staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one follow-up call to make some configuration changes for our staff, and have been fully operational ever since. The system works great. If you've ever used a Cisco phone system, you'll feel right at home.

Great service even years after the sale We purchased our phone system from Voippbxexpress a few years ago and have had excellent service each time we requested it. I called in a panic today because our phone system was stuck in an endless loop so we couldn't take calls. Morgan was quickly able to help me determine the problem. I highly recommend them for your phone system.

Jacob was essential at solving our problems Jacob helped us enable 2 telephone ports on our 4-line switch. He explained everything he was doing clearly and concisely, as well as assisted in testing each line one by one to ensure they were all working correctly. Not only did he solve that problem, he also notified me of 2 fans inside the switch that required maintenance. This will save our company time and money replacing those fans now, rather then waiting for them to break and having to buy a whole new system. His advice allows us to take preventative action to avoid a disaster level problem. Thank you for all of your help and I highly recommend their services.

Not the best support. It took over a year to actually have our system shipped, setup and working. We are actually only 85% complete. I just got tired of the hassle. Our fax line number actually got taken from us, and we still have no fax setup. This is two years later. The phone system has never been completely setup. No auto attendant, no voice mail. We have adapted. Just not great.
