Wonderful Service SoulNode provides fantastic and meaningful support with whatever issue you have. Striker, for one, is very knowledgeable as well as the rest of the support team. They also constantly update their services improving the quality each time.

Simply Amazing Experience I have used about 4 or 5 Minecraft server hosters and this is the best one by far, taking into a factors of price to hardware, and interface. It has an amazing staff team that is willing to help whenever you need it, however, the only issue I have with this server hoster is that I do not think there is an easy way you could downgrade or upgrade your server plan unlike all of the other server hosters I have used. Issues solved :)

Excellent Hosting Platform with Great Service Their customer service so far really has been so amazing. They always reply fast and are patient and understanding of every problem that I've come to them with. So I'm very thankful for that and even more since the service as a hoster has been amazing too. Great but review answers are confusing Amazing host with high end hardware and a beautiful panel. customer support is amazing and i made a ticket asking for a hug and i got one! but the trust pilot answers doesn't make a lot of sense. Will keep on hosting from here!
