I received help from email support and when they were not able to help me, the escalated things to a conference call with top people in the support chain. The postal service lost a package for a… The postal service lost a package for a supporter order. Fourth Wall was very prompt and got a replacement sent out less than 24 hours from when I contacted them about it. Superb and friendly service!!
