First and foremost they work hard. Everybody is involved. Everybody is always testing, learning and improving. The team is dedicated, hungry and young. Here are two examples of how they went beyond what was expected. 1) They camped out in our office listening to customer service calls for a week to better understand our business. We didn't ask them to do this, they did it to grow our sales. 2) They created an interactive app. They saw an opportunity to fix an issue that wasn't their responsibility, and they took action. They did it and surprised us with it. These are just two examples, and that's not even why we hired them. We hired them because they kick SEM butt.
