I even got a follow up email fairly quickly asking if I received all the information I needed and if not, he was more than happy to retrieve any further info I need!

Great info and value! We had problems trying to find old records online. I spent less than $10 to get a report that gave me all the information I needed, plus some. Saved me a ton of time by getting one consolidated report. Great value!

First time visit This was the first time using this service. While I was not sure what I was doing, then end result was that I found what needed to help assist a tax client in preparing their taxes. I appreciated that the cost was considerably low and that I was able to obtain the report, print it and even save it for reference later.

It was fast and easy It was fast and easy - gave me a better picture of what the property is worth. Found a few errors which are not associated with the property.
