AEA happy customer for seven years or more I have been a happy customer for more than seven years. The support team never left me in the desert. Even if the problem is outside hostforweb, I get a guidance that can help me.

ARIm a Hostforweb customer since 2003… Im a Hostforweb customer since 2003 year....support was always helpful.....have had servers with another company with windows ( HFW not offered windows hosting )....and support was horrible... I passed for a lot of situations ( server migration, problem with hard disk, etc...) and staff support always helped.... If you are looking for shared or dedicated hosting, go with HOSTFOWEB....

GBzero communication, 18 year customer completely destroyed, all data purged. I've been a customer for something like 18 years. Lost track, honestly. Dedicated server. They've made a solid chunk of change with literally no expenses for years now. My card didn't run a month ago (problem with the card). This has happened over the years a couple of times when the card expired or something. We always get both emails as well as the server suspended if no response from us. This time, zero emails - they claim they sent them, but there is (and can be - more in a moment on that) no proof. They didn't suspend my account. Instead, the server was indeed suspended (after a month of lapsed payment) - the moment it went down, I logged in, saw the problem, and immediately updated the card and paid the balance. Didn't matter. They purged my server. My customers are now without their sites. I have no access to backups. My own ecommerce site is now gone - including all the customer data, products ordered, etc - I have their money and no idea what to ship them. THEY PURGED AND DESTROYED EVERYTHING. 18 years of loyalty. 18 years of data. 18 years of my business. Gone, poof. PROVE you emailed me, HostForWeb. Oh wait, you can't - everything is gone. Smooth move. At this point, stay away from them like the plague. Heaven forbid there's an error. I will be getting my lawyer involved on this one.

GBQuick to address issues as they arise No long history with these folks yet however I must make these observations because fair is fair: I and some others were forced to change hosts due to our host went out of business. I went with Hostforweb based on the number of positive reviews from users. Hostforweb reliability and support have been flawless. I have not had a single issue. Immediate account setup and I had a number of questions that I sent via email and they were answered precisely, accurately, logically and in easy to understand terms in less than 15 minutes every time. So far everything is good...if it changes I will post again but for now I and my 8 customers in the USA are happy.
