Or in his absence when he was away, his alternative customer service representative was able to help me just as quickly. And when you're dealing with an office full of hangry staff at lunch time, speed is of the utmost importance.

Worst Service Ever Literally the worst company ever. Food is always cold, orders are late nearly everyday, and the food looks like it's been sitting out to dry for hours. How a company overcharges each meal just to send food to your office stays in business is beyond me.
