Purchased a deal from Appsumo for… Purchased a deal from Appsumo for GetTerms. This was for a few low volume sites. The GetTerms Cookie scanner could never discover the cookies our sites were using. Odd since their competition had no such issues. After many conversations with their tech support and assurances that they were working on the issue, they even suggested we get a refund. They come off as a scam. Even the promotion with Appsumo has been erased. UPDATE: Let's be clear here. When the product did not pick up site cookies as advertised (one of your main features), we did contact YOUR customer support. Customer support told us that there was bug on YOUR end. We were assured that YOU were working on it. We waited many weeks for YOU to fix your bug. The refund is not the issue - YOUR defective product is. And I could add the near non-existent customer support that seemed absent much of the time. We are perfectly aware that you are a smaller business and we were very patient with your service - as CS wrote you had a fairly big influx from your promotion. We were ready to work with you - after a few weeks, the cookie scan feature still did not work. We tried to work with you to resolve this. Given the arrogance in your response, I wish we could leave a "no star" review.

GetTerms was really easy to use GetTerms was really easy to use! All I had to do was answer some questions that the website prompted me to. It was mostly checkboxes that applied to my nonprofit organization and once I finished answering all the questions everything was generated for me automatically within seconds.

Super easy and quick to use So simple and quick to use! GetTerms took the hassle out of policy generating and made it super easy to understand. Highly recommend!
