I like the response time for support… I like the response time for support but you guys need to add live chat because there are times immediate intervention needed for critical issues is needed as any seconds passing by with issues on server is money . Secondly, you need to also make available automatic service downgrade . Its easy to just upgrade from one plan to another and it should be same to downgrade, not having to start from afresh deleting the whole plan just to downgrade.

I'll tell you the whole story, the truth is that peramix can be a scamming company... I'll tell you the whole story, the truth is that peramix can be a scamming company... A few months ago I found this company on facebook and found the prices very attractive. However, after 1 month of use, the site went offline. According to them, it was a "hacker attack", so I don't advise making big purchases on the peramix site. Because you can get out of harm's way soon. As soon as they came back online, they came back with different products from the VPS. So you saw my negative feedback here on truspilot. They started selling VPS again. After asking them a lot to return the money I spent, before it went off the air. they decided to give it back to me. however it was only for 1 day, on the second day the VPS on which I had paid and claimed was reduced. Since then I've got x5 6 cores and 16GB VPS that's not worth anything because it's so slow, I've done everything and understood that they do it on purpose. The tip I give to you newbies who intend to use the poeramix site is: Don't pay annual plans!!! Ah! They ask us to give a good review here on trustpilot. Do not do this!
