Left Bluehost for Dropals - loving Dropals! I used Bluehost for a few years for a group of sites, and kept running into malware problems, even though I had paid for sitelock as an addon feature. It seemed to take days to hear back when I sought help, and meanwhile multiple sites were getting infected and then reinfected, even tho the daily scans from Bluehost came back showing no malware. A web designer I respect a lot told me to move to dropals because they have realtime scanning and the best very quick customer service. So I moved - and he was absolutely right. No more hacks or security problems, and I get answers to tickets in minutes from dropals. Why didn't I find dropals years ago!
