It turned around! At first I felt frustrated as my question was "being addressed", but it felt like I was just getting pushed off as I kept hearing "we're looking into it", but then I would wait for 2 hours and not hear a thing. Finally, Marga stepped in and took things into her own hands. She did some digging and was wonderful with keeping me posted on where things were at - even when she had to follow-up with me Monday morning after a weekend of waiting. She promptly did so. I appreciated her follow-up. I had a clarification question and Gussi stepped in right away to answer it. Again, at first, I was feeling like I was floating in a world where I wasn't getting much help or updates on where things were at but when Marga took over, I felt much better! Thanks Marga!
