Bravo’s pawn system makes it fun to write loans. We are six months into switching over to Bravo from a pawn system we had been using for 30 years. I told Bravo’s conversion team that I am more worried about Switching pawn software programs than looting and COVID. Fast forward to today and our conversion went smoothly. When we did run into minor issues Bravos technical team was able to handle it quickly. Bravo’s pawn system makes it fun to write loans.

We can see our system from anywhere in the world and know how smoothly it is working and what is going on in any store we own. The service is consistently good and quick. We love the Reporting and Ad Hoc features as they help us align our business goals daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. Bravo is the whole package Bravo is the whole package, even with the base level package. The one thing that I really like is when doing a pawn/buying something from a customer, it gives me the average pawning, buying, and selling price of the item. This really helps me and often I show it to the customer so they know what items are selling for. It is easy to use and I recommend it.
